The ancient process of farming is central to Andalucian culture. A way of life for centuries; our pace of life is set by the yearly cycle of the dappled olive groves. Visitors to the region should prepare to fall in with their timeless rhythm. At this home from home the white olives or blossoms that glisten in May, symbolise the health our crop at the end of the year.

An abundance of organic produce

Guests experience the wholesome treats of a healthy life at their leisure. Home-grown fruits, vegetables, and nuts, along with fresh eggs from the chicken house.

Along with olives we also make a rich olive oil for consumption and with the waste, soaps, shampoos and cleaning products.

Guests enjoy a myriad of other organically-grown fruits, meats and vegetables on the farm. Feast on freshly-picked potatoes, garlic, onions, peppers, tomatoes, aubergines, raspberries, blackberries, figs, plums, oranges, lemons, cherries, walnuts, almonds and fresh herbs from our gardens. In Autumn and Spring go on a fungal foray.


We keep a number of sheep, chickens and goats on the land which can be enjoyed direct from the field to the fork. Their are no transmittable diseases passed from sheep or goats to humans, however full “matanzas” for pigs are met with strict guidelines and must be adhered to.
