Owner – William Head
I have three children, George, Freddie and Ruby who live in the UK.
I bought the house and farm in the year 2000 when I came back from Hong Kong and started work on renovations. We produce our own olive oil and craft beer at the farm. The house is now officially a registered “casa rural” for holiday makers who would like a true taste of Andalusian lifestyle.
I was born and grew up in the countryside of Epping forest a short distance from the city of London where I later worked in stock markets.
I have a keen interest in all sports, current affairs, politics, economics, philosophy, poetry and of course food and drink. I believe passionately in sustainable lifestyles and am happiest in the great outdoors.
Lawrence was a professional gardener back in the UK, he helps us delivers a standard of excellence we demand for our clients, looking after the pool, lawns and grounds. He moved to Spain this year to offer motor cycle tours of the surrounding countryside which is his hobby and passion.
Chef – Jesus
Jesus has 35 years experience working as a chef. He has worked on cruise ships and has travelled around the world cooking and working in restaurants from Miami to Mumbai. He was trained in and grew up in Ronda.
Housekeepers – Irene & Aider
Irene is developing a project Association Ronda Protection of Animals (ARPA), she keeps and eye on our animals. She went to university in Granada and is my friend. ARPA has just been granted permission to expend their vocation and operations. You can follow her progress on FB.
Aider is also from Ronda. She work very hard and is smart and efficient in her work. Her family owns and runs two restaurants. She also trained to a high standard in the art of flamenco.
